NOT READING THE RULES CANNOT BE USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR BREAKING THEM.
Benefiting from, knowingly playing with, or helping players who are cheating will also result in punishment. This includes teaming, trading, or accepting items from known cheaters. Ignorance is not an excuse.
Attempting to avoid punishments by using alternate accounts is strictly forbidden. This includes playing on an alt while banned or using an alt to bypass a mute. Punishments for this are severe and typically permanent and non-appealable.
Logging out to avoid dying or during combat is considered combat logging. Players must remain online until combat status has cleared. Repeated violations will result in progressive punishments leading to permanent bans.
Exploiting safezone mechanics to kill or damage other players (such as near safezone exits or spawn boxes) is forbidden. Abuse of grace periods is not tolerated.
Usernames and skins must remain appropriate and non-offensive. Any use of suggestive, graphic, or offensive content (including racial slurs, hate symbols, or shock imagery) will result in immediate action.
All decisions made by staff members are final. They are trusted to interpret and enforce rules in the best interest of the community. Arguing with staff in public channels, ignoring their instructions, or trying to exploit technicalities in the rules will not be tolerated. If you disagree with a staff decision, you may submit a ticket or appeal it through the proper channels — but continue to follow their directions in the meantime. Failure to comply with rules or staff directions may result in temporary or permanent bans depending on severity and history.
Staff members volunteer their time to maintain the server. Disrespecting staff, including harassment, spreading false information about them, or ignoring their instructions, will be taken seriously. If you have a concern about a staff member, submit a ticket or contact a manager privately.
Trash talk is allowed, but harassment is not. Harassment includes repeatedly following players to provoke them, racial or nationality-based attacks, spamming messages, and stalking behavior. Staff will determine what crosses the line on a case-by-case basis.
While occasional swearing is tolerated, slurs, targeted insults, or repeated offensive language will not be allowed. Staff receive logs of filtered language and will act if a pattern of abuse is detected.
Each player is allowed a maximum of one alternate account (main + one alt). Bypassing this with additional accounts for farming, scouting, or ban evasion will result in punishment on all accounts involved.
All Discord activity must follow Discord's Terms of Service. Additionally, server rules (e.g. no cheating, no harassment, etc.) apply to all SwissMP Discord channels. Infractions may result in both in-game and Discord penalties.
Should you still be unsure if something is classified under the rules, please refrain from using it until you’ve received confirmation from a staff member.
